One of the first places that I and my sister travelled to for the Easter holidays was Waterloo Bridge. I went on Friday 2nd April 2021. You could see the London Eye from here and enjoy the views. However, would I really recommend this place?
What is Waterloo Bridge?
Waterloo Bridge is a road and foot traffic bridge crossing the River Thames in London, between Blackfriars Bridge and Hungerford Bridge.
What did I like about Waterloo Bridge?
- It was quite different from the other bridges that I have seen.
- You could see the River Thames from above and some boats, which was quite picturesque.
- You can see the London Eye.
- You can see people walking from a bird’s eye view.
- You are right next to the streets where there are cars.
What didn’t I like about Waterloo Bridge?
- I couldn’t really access the river so if you are going to be next to the water, this isn’t really the bridge.
- The streets are quite narrow and even though the bridge is quite safe, don’t lean forwards too much as you may accidentally drop your belongings.
Would I recommend it?
Yes, I would recommend it because it was a very nice view of London and a very picturesque place.
This was my short review or diary entry about Waterloo Bridge. These are my opinions about this place. Make sure to check out my other articles.
