I Tried The Starbucks Tomato And Mozzarella Panini / Was It Worth The Money?

Photo taken from Starbucks website

Starbucks is widely known around the world for its drinks and the overall customer experience globally. I have tried many drinks in Starbucks so this time, I decided to try the panini which was not talked about as much on Friday 2nd April 2021.

However, was the money worth it?

What is the ‘Starbucks Tomato And Mozzarella Panini’?

The ‘Starbucks Tomato & Mozzarella Panini’ contains roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach and basil pesto layered on a toasted focaccia—a satisfyingly delicious delight (as described per this link.)

What I Ordered And My Opinions On It:

  • Firstly, my sister and I ordered two of these paninis (£4.25 each.)
  • Starbucks heated it up for us.
  • We then took them home to eat it.
  • I thought the paninis had a good texture and were quite creamy, but also I didn’t feel the flavour hit the top notes (compared to the Costa Panini).
  • My sister quoted it as ‘fresh and succulent but less delicious than the Costa one.’

The Place:

We had a takeaway from Starbucks in Westfield Stratford. It was a reasonable size and it was quite quick.

Would I Recommend It?

I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this panini, and instead I would recommend the same panini but from Costa, as I didn’t get that kick of flavour from the Starbucks compared to the Costa one.

My Rating: 3.7/5
