On Thursday 30th November 2020, my sister and I ordered from SLAMBURGER through UberEats. We ordered some grill boxes. Was it worth the money?
What is SLAMBURGER?
SLAMBURGER is a restaurant and a counter service in Walthamstow. They sell Halal burgers, fries, wings and more.
What I Ordered And My Opinions On It:
- My sister and I ordered two ‘Mega Slam’ burgers.
- The burger contained a double cut bun with 4 beef patties, 45gr, 1 cheese slice, lettuce, gherkins and biggy sauce.
- The burger was pretty delicious and the presentation looked great. I would rate it a 3.7/5.
- The sauce was quite different (in a good way). I would rate it a 3.7/5.
- Overall, each burger cost £6.29 but after a discount, the total with delivery and service fees totalled to £10.10.
The Service:
UberEats took 30-45 minutes to come to our house. This was an average amount of time to arrive.
Would I Recommend It?
I wouldn’t recommend this place as it may be a bit overrated. Yes, the food was pretty good and presentable but it wasn’t extravagant or extraordinary, it was quite average.
